About This Space｜關於這個空間

Play With Me is a small living room created for families — a space with a homelike atmosphere where parents and children relax, play, and read together.

Play With Me 是一個為親子打造的小客廳，以居家氛圍提供親子共同放鬆、遊戲、閱讀的家庭式空間。

We offer European wooden toys, bilingual picture books, natural lifestyle products, and seasonal handmade refreshments.

我們提供歐系木育玩具、主題繪本、自然選物，以及順著時令不定期推出的手作茶點。

Please note: Play With Me is not a children's restaurant or café, and does not provide childcare services. Children's activities and needs within the space are the responsibility of parents or accompanying caregivers.

請注意：Play With Me 並「不是」親子餐廳、親子咖啡廳，也「沒有提供」托育照顧服務。孩子在空間內的活動需求由家長或同行照顧者負責。

Pricing｜收費方式

親子組（一大一小）1 Adult + 1 Child：
平日 Weekday NT$250／1小時
假日 Weekend/Holiday NT$300／1小時
（入場費含當日例茶 Entry fee includes complimentary daily tea）

加 1 人（不分大人小孩）Additional Person：
平日 +NT$125／1小時
假日 +NT$150／1小時
每組最多加訂一位 Each group may add up to 1 person

入場時段以半點為一個時段（例如 10:00、10:30、11:00⋯）
Entry sessions begin on the hour and half-hour.
每時段最多接受兩組訂位 Maximum 2 groups per session

Reservations & Cancellations｜預約與取消

Play With Me operates on a reservation-only basis. As a home-style family space, we customize our preparation based on each visiting family. Therefore, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel.

Play With Me 是預約制的家庭式親子空間，服務依據來訪家庭調整準備，屬於客製化安排。因此預約後如需取消，請務必提前通知：

48 小時前取消：全額退還已付款項
48+ hours before: Full refund of any prepaid amount

24～48 小時前取消：退還一半已付款項
24–48 hours before: 50% refund of any prepaid amount

24 小時內取消（未通知改期）：款項不退還
Within 24 hours: No refund

若未預付款項，取消時仍請務必通知，以避免「預約未到」紀錄。
If you have not prepaid, please still notify us of any cancellation to avoid a No-Show record.

遲到說明 Late Arrival：
如果遲到了，我們會保留您的時段，但時間不另外順延。
We will hold your reserved time slot, but the session will not be extended.

No-Show Policy｜預約未到政策

為保障每位家庭的參與權益及空間營運品質：預約成功後未出席，或未於「預約時段前 3 小時」聯繫改期，訂位系統將自動於您的帳號進行「預約未到（No-show）」註記。

If you do not show up for your reservation, or fail to contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule, the booking system will automatically record a "No-Show" on your account.

後續影響 Consequences：
凡帳號有「預約未到」紀錄之使用者，後續預約功能將受限，未來需先完成該場次全額費用（或訂金）之預付，系統才能成立預約。

Users with a No-Show record will have restricted booking privileges. Future reservations will require full prepayment (or deposit) before the booking can be confirmed.

Health Reminder｜健康提醒

Play With Me 的主要訪客是 0～6 歲的幼兒。赴約前，請留意您與孩子的健康狀態是否適合來訪。如因身體狀況需要改期，請務必提前於「預約時段前 3 小時」聯繫改期，我們都能理解 🙂

Our primary visitors are children aged 0–6. Before your visit, please ensure that you and your child are in good health and suitable for the visit. If you need to reschedule due to health reasons, please contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time — we completely understand.

House Rules｜空間使用須知

孩子在空間內的活動需求由家長或同行照顧者負責。
Children's activities and needs within the space are the responsibility of parents or accompanying caregivers.

場內禁帶外食。
Outside food is not permitted in the space.

Play With Me 的繪本與玩具，陪伴著每一個來訪的孩子。請帶領孩子溫柔對待這些共遊的夥伴，讓美好時光可以延續。
Please guide your child to treat our books and toys — companions to every visiting child — gently, so beautiful moments can continue.

Damage Compensation｜物品損壞賠償

We understand that accidents happen during exploration. However, if books, toys, or learning materials are damaged, we kindly ask for your assistance with compensation so we can replace them.

我們理解孩子在探索過程中難免有意外，但如造成繪本、玩具、教具毀損，仍需請您協助賠償，以便我們更新：

可購得新品者：依市價賠償
Item available for purchase: Market price

可單獨更換零件者：僅收取零件費用
Replaceable parts: Parts cost only

絕版繪本或停產玩具：
如二手市場仍可取得－依實際取得價格賠償
如確實無法取得－最高以原價 3 倍計算
Out-of-print / Discontinued: Actual acquisition price if available secondhand; up to 3x original price if completely unavailable.

理賠完成後，原物歸您所有。
After compensation is completed, the item becomes yours.

Pet Notice｜毛孩出沒注意 🐱🐰

To promote life education, our shop cat and rabbit roam freely in the space and may interact with children. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn about life, respect, and gentleness.

為推廣生命教育，空間內有店貓與店兔，不定期出沒與孩子互動。我們相信這是孩子認識生命、學習尊重與溫柔的好機會。

If you or your child are sensitive to animal fur, please consider carefully before booking. Feel free to chat with us if you have any concerns.

如果您或孩子對動物毛髮較敏感，請斟酌預約。有任何疑慮，歡迎先與我們聊聊。

Privacy & Recording Policy｜影像紀錄與隱私政策

LINE Login：
本空間透過 LINE Login 收集之資訊（包含姓名、Email、頭像）僅供預約身分驗證、發送預約成功通知及後續服務聯繫使用，我們不會將您的資料提供給第三方。

Information collected via LINE Login (name, email, profile photo) is used solely for booking verification, confirmation notices, and service communication, and is never shared with third parties.

1. Security Surveillance 安全監視：
空間內使用中華電信 Hami Cam 服務全程錄影，並搭載趨勢科技 PC-cillin 資安防護。我們重視每個來訪家庭的隱私，您與孩子的影像資料受到電信等級的安全保護。

Our space uses Chunghwa Telecom's Hami Cam service with Trend Micro PC-cillin cybersecurity protection. We take your family's privacy seriously — your video data is protected at telecom-grade security levels.

影像紀錄將於 7 天內自動從雲端刪除
Footage is automatically deleted from the cloud within 7 days
僅供安全維護與意外事件釐清使用
Used only for security maintenance and incident clarification
絕不提供給第三方
Never shared with third parties

2. Family Moment Photography 親子時光紀錄：
Vira 身為全職媽媽，發現主要照顧者的相機裡，往往滿是孩子成長的紀錄，卻少有自己與孩子自然互動的美好紀錄。

As a full-time mom, Host Vira noticed that caregivers' phones are often full of their children's milestones — yet rarely capture the beautiful, natural moments between themselves and their kids.

若您同意，Vira 會視情況記錄您與孩子的互動，並於離場時提供您檢視，不要的會全數當場刪除。

With your consent, Vira may capture moments of you and your child during your visit. Before you leave, you can review the photos and any unwanted ones will all be deleted on the spot.

拍照同意選項 Photo Consent Options：
不需要拍照紀錄 No photos needed
可以拍照，但離場前全部刪除 Photos OK, but delete all before leaving
可以拍照保留，也同意部分照片用於空間推廣（僅限局部或背影，不露正臉）Photos OK to keep; may be used for promotion (partial/back view only, no faces)

Vira 所拍攝的照片，著作權歸 Play With Me 所有。
Photos taken by Vira remain the intellectual property of Play With Me.

同意之撤回 Withdrawal of Consent：
上述拍照同意（含推廣使用）得隨時透過 LINE 官方帳號撤回；撤回後我們將停止後續使用，並依您的請求刪除尚未公開或可移除之影像。

Photo consent (including promotional use) may be withdrawn at any time via our LINE official account. Upon withdrawal, we will cease further use and, at your request, remove images not yet published or removable.

Personal Data Policy｜個人資料使用說明

收集的資料 Data We Collect：
稱呼、電話、孩子暱稱與年齡、特殊需求
Name/Nickname, Phone, Child's nickname & age, Special needs

用途 Purpose：
預約管理與服務聯繫
Reservation management and service communication

保存 Retention：
停止來訪後 1 年內刪除
Data will be deleted within 1 year after you stop visiting

聯繫方式 Communication：
僅透過 LINE 聯繫預約相關事宜，不主動發送行銷訊息
We only contact you via LINE for reservation-related matters. We do not send marketing messages.

您的權利 Your Rights：
依個人資料保護法第 3 條，您得隨時就您的個人資料行使以下權利：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集／處理／利用、請求刪除。行使方式：透過 LINE 官方帳號 @themomentstudio 聯繫我們。

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (Art. 3), you may at any time inquire about or review your data, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request cessation of collection/processing/use, or request deletion — via our LINE official account @themomentstudio.

Allergy & Food Notice｜過敏與飲食提醒

Our space contains natural wood materials, fabric toys, and we have pets (cat and rabbit) on premises.

空間內有天然木質材料、布製玩具，以及店貓與店兔。

The daily tea and seasonal refreshments we provide may contain common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, etc.). If you or your child have food allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

我們提供的當日例茶與季節茶點可能含有常見過敏原（如堅果、乳製品、蛋、小麥等）。如果您或孩子有食物過敏或敏感情形，請提前告知。

Emergency Procedures｜緊急處理

In case of any accident or emergency during your visit:

最近醫院：義大醫院（車程約 10 分鐘）Nearest hospital: E-Da Hospital (approx. 10 min drive)

We will assist with emergency response, but decisions regarding children's care needs and safety remain the primary responsibility of parents/caregivers.

我們會協助緊急應變處理，但孩子的照護需求與安全性決定仍以家長／照顧者為主要責任人。

Dispute Resolution｜爭議處理

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution.

如對本空間服務有任何爭議，歡迎與我們直接溝通協調。

If clarification through security footage is needed, please notify us within 7 days. Recordings are automatically deleted after this period, and delayed reporting may affect dispute resolution and the interests of both parties. To effectively protect everyone's rights, please be sure to notify us within 7 days.

如需調閱監視錄影協助釐清，請於 7 天內通知我們。因錄影紀錄將於 7 天後自動刪除，延遲提出將可能影響爭議處理與雙方權益。為有效保障雙方權益，請務必於 7 天內提出。

Force Majeure｜不可抗力

In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, epidemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may need to temporarily close or cancel reservations. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund or rescheduling.

如遇天災、惡劣天氣、停電、疫情或其他不可抗力因素，我們可能需要臨時關閉或取消預約。屆時會儘速通知您，並安排全額退費或改期。

Interactions Between Visitors｜訪客之間的互動

Children may interact with each other during their visit. Each family is responsible for supervising their own child's behavior. Any disputes or incidents between visiting families should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

來訪期間孩子們可能會互相互動。每組家庭需自行留意孩子的行為。訪客之間如有任何爭議或意外，由當事家庭自行協調處理。

Governing Law｜準據法與管轄

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Qiaotou District Court.

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。如有訴訟，以臺灣橋頭地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Amendments to Terms｜條款修改

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any significant changes will be announced via our LINE Official Account or website. The latest version will always be available upon request.

本條款如有修訂，我們會透過 LINE 官方帳號或網站公告。最新版本可隨時向我們索取。

Continued use of our services after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

公告後繼續使用本空間服務，即視為同意修訂後的條款。
